The Start of FTC 2013

Freshman Touring Company 2013 has started its season and we could not be more excited! With 14 company dancers including Ayana McPherson, Ciara Hurst, CJ Burroughs, Irene Vandenberghe, Jeffery Noble, Kiri Chapman, Lena Oren, Maeve McEwen, Meri Bobber, Nadia Weeks, Penelope Koulos, Riley O'Donnel, and Sarah Ponczek, we are ready to have a great season and learn many dances from many different choreographers. Already we have had the amazing experience of having works created on us by Alexandra Beller and Jillian Hopper, two graduates from the University of Michigan themselves. It was such an honor to work with them and we are looking forward to performing these pieces in April. We have a lot of work to get done this season, but we are ready because we are FTC 2013!
